Things are a little different now!
To keep our clients and stylists safe, we have to take necessary precautions to reopen.
One of those precautions, is limiting the number of people in the shop. This means only two stylists can work at a time, and need longer breaks in between for disinfecting. This might mean you have to wait longer for your appointment. We wish we could do more too, but safety first!
Here’s the bullet points of the new stuff:
Lebel&Crowe has an immunocompromised member of our team. It is IMPERATIVE that anyone who has symptoms or is feeling unwell stays home. Please cancel with as much notice as possible.
No guests/children allowed at this time. Come alone, even if you have appointments after each other, the one not having their hair done will be asked to wait outside.
You will be required to bring and wear your own face mask; we will have masks available for purchase should it be necessary. If you cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, please contact your stylist directly so accommodations can be made.
We are no longer able to provide a waiting area in the salon. Please arrive on time and wait outside until we invite you in.
Upon entering you will be required to wash and/or sanitize your hands.
Communication will unfortunately be difficult for us, as we will be wearing a mask and face shield. Bring your own reading materials and know that we will unfortunately be quieter than usual!
There will no longer be beverages available, and food/drinks should not be consumed during your visit.
All payments will be taken at the stylist’s chair.
Our washroom will be available, however try to use your own before arrival as best you can.
There is also a new cancellation policy as we try to fit everyone in, in a timely manner.
If you are feeling ill, or suspect you may be sick email your stylist ASAP. We will be reasonable with our cancelation policy if you respect our time.
If you do not arrive to your appointment, do not contact your stylist, or arrive 15+ minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment, and a block will be placed on your booking account.
The block will prevent you from booking any further appointments with us, until a fee of 50% of the missed-service charge (HST inc) is received.
